What we collect
Your name (optional), phone number, email (optional), and the opinions you choose to share in the survey.

To send you offers and your discount code on WhatsApp, and to improve our food and service.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Tag Manager to load measurement and advertising tools on this site. These may include Google Analytics, which counts visits and pages, and advertising pixels from Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google Ads. The advertising pixels go further than analytics: they can recognise your browser on other websites, build advertising audiences, and show you our ads elsewhere. Each is a third party that sets its own cookies under its own terms, not ours. We don't send them your name or phone number. To block them, use your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker.
Location
The branches page has a button that finds your nearest branch. Nothing is read until you tap it, and your browser asks your permission first. If you allow it, we record the time, an approximate position rounded to about 110 metres — enough to tell which part of the city, not which building — how accurate your device said that was, which branch came out nearest, and which branch you tapped for directions. Your exact position never leaves your phone, and none of it is stored with your name. If you refuse, we record only that the button was tapped. We use this to see where our customers are and where a new branch would help.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed to run the offers and improve the service. You can ask us to delete your data any time.
Opt out & deletion
To stop messages, send «إيقاف» on WhatsApp. To request deletion, contact any branch by email or WhatsApp and we'll remove your data.
